HealRise Care Trust is a public charitable trust founded by Mrs. Manisha and formally registered on 21 April 2026 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 2026/4/IV/740), with its registered office in Delhi and its administrative office in Balawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
The Trust was established with a modest founding corpus and a clear purpose: to serve the poor, the vulnerable, and the marginalised through direct action in health, education, women’s empowerment, sanitation, and rural development. While our administrative base is in Dehradun, our area of operation extends across all of India.
